Bitcoinker.com	100 satoshis to 300 satoshis	15 Minutes		400 to 800 satoshis per hour for the really motivated, but I have it in my hourly rotation.
LandOfBitcoins.com	2 satoshis (automatic)	1 Minute		I like this site. It has an automatic faucet that lets you accumulate 2 satoshis per minute. You just have to reload it every 15-30 minutes. There's also an automatic guide through other faucets that some folks seem to like.
Moon Bitcoin	Variable	5 Minutes		New twist on the faucet - Adds 1 satoshi every few seconds, slowing down as it goes. You get the most satoshis per minute by collecting every 5 minutes, but if you have to wait longer, you'll get a larger payout. Also listed with my favorites.
New - Moon Dogecoin	Variable	5 Minutes		Sister site to Moon Bootcoin above. Starts at 0.05 Dogecoin, adding more Dogecoin every few seconds, slowing down as it goes. You get the most Dogecoin per minute by collecting every 5 minutes, but if you have to wait longer, you'll get a larger payout. Also listed with my favorites.
New - CoinGamez (was SpinAndW.in)	Up to 50,000 satoshis	15 Minutes		A new favorite, SpinAndW.in pays out to your Microwallet.org wallet. It pays between 50 and 50,000 satoshis per spin—the faucet doesn't specify, but it's likely weighted. It's fun, and you can play every 15 minutes, making it a monster.
Bitcoin Devils Faucet	25 satoshis to 500 satoshis	Hourly		Straight forward and easy to use. Sometimes runs out of funds, but always comes back.
PayFaucet	100 satoshis to 400 satoshis	30 Minutes	AdFly, Redirects	I hate the redirects—they're aggressive. The faucet is otherwise good.
Readded - Bitcoin4free	1 satoshi to 100,000 satoshis	Hourly		Just readded Bitcoin4free to my list as it is once again paying to Microwallet. The new payouts are from 1 satoshi to 100,000 satoshis. Absent information to the contrary, that's likely weighted.
New - LotOfBitcoins	200 to 50,000 satoshis	13 Hours		Straight forward faucet paying 200, 250, 300, 400, 1,000, 5,000, or 50,000 satoshis. Absent other information, it's likely weighted, but even the base makes it worth the visit.
New - The Running Faucet	80 to 10,000 satoshis	Hourly		Straight forward faucet paying 80, 150, 300, 5,000, or 10,000 satoshis weighted towards the bottom.
New SimplFaucet	100 satoshis	Hourly		Straight forward faucet paying 100 satoshis.
New -Rtube	175 satoshis	Hourly		Straight forward faucet paying 175 satoshis.

Pizza Faucet	75 satoshis to 10,000 satoshis	3 hours		Straight forward, with weighted odds to win 75, 150, 300, 1,000, or 10,000 satoshis per visit.
New - Flying Faucet	100 satoshis to 10,000 satoshis	Hourly		Straight forward, easy to use. The Flying Faucet has weighted odds to win 100, 200, 300, 1,000, or 10,000 satoshis per visit
BestBTCFaucet	30 satoshis to 3,000 satoshis	3 hours		Straight forward, with the weighted odds to win 30, 50, 80, 100, 150, 300, 1,500, or 3,000 satoshis per visit.
Bitcoin Tap	50 satoshis to 200 satoshis	Daily		This is a straight forward daily faucet. It runs out of funds on occasion, but always comes back. Payments recently reduced rather sharply.
BitcoinGator	25 satoshis to 1,000 satoshis	6 Hours		This is a straight forward 6-hour faucet. It runs out of funds on occasion, but always comes back. Prizes were recently increased.
BitcoinGenie	130 satoshis	6 Hours		Straight forward and east to use.
CoinGiveaway	50 satoshis to 500 satoshis	Hourly	Some redirects	Recently increased payments to to 50, 60, 70, 100, or 500 satoshis per visit. There are prettier faucets out there, but it pays.
100Satoshi	100 satoshis	Daily		Straight forward daily faucet.
Readded - Bitcoin-Ace Faucet	40 or 41 satoshis	Daily		Just added Bicoin-Ace Faucet to my list because it is once again paying what it says. That's currently 40 or 41 satoshis every 24 hours.
The Free Bitcoin Faucet	1 satoshi to 100 satoshis	Hourly	Aggressive pop-up ads.	Payments recently reduced to 1 to 100 satoshis/
New - Super BTC Faucet	50 satoshis to 10,000 satoshis	Hourly	Redirects	Faucet still claims to pay from 50-10,000 satoshis per visit. Payments are weighted to 50, 75, 100, 125 satoshis, but the higher payments are possible. Odds are clearly posted, which I appreciate.
New - FreeBetco.in	220 satoshis - 1,200 satoshis	Hourly		Despite the similar name, this facute isn't related to FreeBitco.in. It pays from 220 - 1,200 satoshis per visit, hourly. (Thanks for the heads up in the comments!)
